As of this reporting, there are 32 Emerald Bay properties listed on the MLS for sale and a handful of other properties being networked on an "off market" basis. 2008 - RESULTS
2008 activity continued to remain consistent despite the changes in the national and global economic climates. 13 Emerald Bay properties closed escrow by the end of the year with IN THE BAY REALTY transacting 5 of the 13 2008 sales: 940 Emerald Bay, 151 Emerald Bay, 69 Emerald Bay, 36 Emerald Bay & 827 Emerald Bay.
